Shopped with Lavora in the morning. Have lost my voice so Mr. Williams in the P.J. Drug
gave me some pills. I sent Mary Jo a linen dress. Borrowed $50.00* and got my knit dress from the P.O. Bought a rose-brown hat to go with it. Alyce Claire and Mary Ormsby left for Tatum just after noon. At supper saw Laura Moss, Pauline R. Rosawood, D. Lillian Bouds and Mary Winiford so they ate with us and drove us to the games afterwards. Saw Raton win state championship and walk off with about three cups! Pauline, Rosamond, Lavora and I taxied home and they all stayed with me. Felt better Sunday
