Went to Mrs. Martens for Mexican supper to finish what we didn’t have yesterday noon! Mrs. M told my and Alyce Claire’s fortune. Told me I’d marry within 9 months!! And a “Club” man is rushing (!)me. However a blond will come in for a share of it, too! I wonder! Am grading 92 English Standard Tests. Peugh! Pooff!

Hauptmann is found GUILTY! 
February 13, 1935. Bruno Hauptmann, an ex-convict from Germany, is sentenced to death by electric chair for the abduction and murder of famed aviator Charles Lindbergh’s 20-month-old son. – See more here.
