Stayed up until 12 last night and finished the paper for Valasquez.  Handed it in today.  At twelve (noon) Carsey and I again visited the museum and I drew a subject for the Art paper. Betty came at one to get hers. Ethelyn visited our Art Class.  Finished the Art Paper.  Wrote to the family – Bank sent check for $18.  Had not yet received the bonus when the sent that –

A dam burst near Ovada, Italy, killing an estimated 250 people. 

Disaster of Molare

 Huey Long announced that he would run for U.S. president in 1936 as an independent candidate unless the Republicans nominated someone he would support.
