For the first time ever you can purchase Beer in a can, but only in RIchmond, Virginia.  Ninety-one percent of the test group approved of the Gottfried Krueger Brewing Company beer which led to mass production nation-wide.   By the end of the year 37 other breweries also offered canned beer.
