Went to Alice Claire Teagues for the week-end.   Nice place 75 miles N.E. of Roswell. Got there about noon. Went to a dance just after sundown – lasted until 12. Met Coach McCorkle (who fell for Hazel Hanson) from Tatum and Mr and Mrs Gene Kistler (Joyce Teague) anda Cecil Malden – all Good dancers – good time – learned to dance the schottisheschottche and dance “New Shoes”.
