First day of final exams. Gave three today and two scheduled for tomorrow – Not so bad – P.T.A. Meeting this afternoon. Don’t know exactly why I went because I’d have done a lot more good finishing that set of papers! At the beginning of choir practice Bernard gave me the keys to his car for the evening! He had to work, didn’t even stay for practice. Alyce Claire took advantage of it and took Pete and Velma for a ride, ending at Shorty’s for hamburgers – Then home to see if I could finish the papers! Not a bad day!
