Alyce Claire and I ate dinner at Johnston’s. It rained in the afternoon and we went riding to the old Hagerman and the Oasis Ranches until 5 o’clock – Boring talk in League by Rev. Leroy Brown! Sorry that I can’t like him – Alyce Claire and I held a buzz session after she came in –
“La Mendicidad en Mexico” came and Burdettes gave it to me after church. The name (Carsey) was on the return address so there was quite an uproar over it – everyone seems to think Bernard should be my everything!
